Continue to observe common courtesies such as covering your nose/mouth when coughing or sneezing and utilising the supplied tissues, hand santiser and bins provided. Do NOT board the vessel if you are feeling unwell. Thank you for your support in maintaining a hygienic environment for everyone.

All children must be under parental supervision at all times and are not permitted to move about the vessel unless accompanied by a parent or adult supervisor. Child age is 3 – 14 inclusive. Infants (ages 0-2) are permitted on board free of charge.

Smoking/Vaping

Our vessel has a smoking designated area that will be indicated by crew on boarding. It is at the Skipper’s discretion to announce if this area is to change or to become unavailable depending on the needs of other guests. The Skipper’s word is final and non-negotiable.

Footwear

Comfortable, non-slip shoes or sandals with rubber soles are recommended.

Food Allergen Statement

We endeavour to provide safe food for all our passengers.  Please give sufficient notice when booking so that the staff are able to provide alternative foods to cater for any intolerances or allergies. Our staff applies careful measures to limit cross contamination. However, due to logistical constraints with regard to limited areas of storage and confined food preparation areas, we do not guarantee a 100% safe environment for anyone suffering a severe food allergy (anaphylaxis). All persons with known allergies must travel with sufficient medication and an action plan to manage their condition. Some areas of our operation do not have access to immediate medical help.

Marketing

We reserve the right to use any photos taken of passengers during our charters.  When onboard the vessel passengers will be verbally notified during the safety briefing if photos are to be taken for the purpose of marketing. If you DO NOT want us to use your photos, please contact our administration on 0459 539 653 or email admin@maluventures.com.au. We endeavour to be respectful of using images at all times.
